One Week Pilates Challenge Starting Today!

We are approaching the end of summer but that doesn’t mean that we should not continue to be our best selves and this includes physical exercise. A great way to continue to push your body is by pursing a Pilates Challenge. It is easy to give up and to stop but challenges such as this gives you short term physical goals to accomplish and by so doing, you will be motivated to continue.
